Experience: Head at Sir William Perkins’s School since Sep 2007, having previously spent 13 years at Cranleigh School where I was Head of Mathematics, then Housemistress, Deputy Head and Acting Head. Prior to this, I was fortunate enough to have a wide range of experience of teaching Mathematics in Adult Education, a Sixth Form College, and a large Community Comprehensive School where I was a Head of Year. I currently teach all our Year 7 classes which enables me to continue to enjoy teaching Mathematics whilst also getting to know every girl as she enters the School.

Summary

Married and with three (adult) sons, it is great to acquire 560 “daughters” to redress the balance! It is a wonderful privilege to lead a school full of bright, talented, highly motivated, enthusiastic girls.
