Bedford Girls’ School www.bedfordgirlsschool.co.uk is a new independent day school for girls aged 7-18 founded by the merger of Bedford High School for Girls and Dame Alice Harpur School. The School launched in September 2010 with the opening of its Junior School, and will emerge over the subsequent two years with the creation of a new Senior School and Sixth Form community, based at Cardington Road campus, along with the Junior School. The merger is due for completion September 2012.
