Scholarships
Academic, All-rounder, Music, Art, Drama, and Sport Scholarships are available at 11+, 14+ and Sixth Form.
Academic awards are made on the basis of performance in the entrance examinations.
Sixth Form awards are offered on the strength of school reports, predicted GCSE grades, references and interviews.
All-rounder awards are given to girls who reach a high standard in several areas.
Parents are invited to apply for Scholarships in Music, Art, Drama and Sport, if they feel that their daughters have exceptional talent in these areas. Assessment takes place during the interview process and involves a practical session with the relevant Head of Department. Music Scholars are expected to take a leading role in the musical life of the school.
Chapel Scholarships are also available for talented singers.
Scholarships are reviewed at the end of each key stage.

Children of the Clergy, Armed Forces, Old scholars and Siblings
Financial assistance of up to 100% may also be awarded at the discretion of the Governors and this is means-tested.
