“Educating young women to become the global leaders of tomorrow.”
Marymount International School London is an independent Catholic day and boarding school that welcomes girls of all faiths, aged from 11 to 18. Located on a private estate 12 miles from central London and part of the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary (RSHM) network of Marymount schools worldwide, Marymount educates young women to become the global leaders of tomorrow.
Pioneers in the IB Programmes in the UK, Marymount has offered the IB since 1979. The School is an IB World School, offering the Middle Years Programme for students aged 11-16 and the Diploma Programme for the final two years of secondary school. The IB Diploma is recognised globally by universities as a benchmark of quality, the gold standard, in education. Marymount excels with experience and continues to place among the top IB schools in the UK. Students work hard to achieve outstanding results, and nearly 100% continue on to university.
Marymount seeks motivated, hardworking students who have the ability to succeed and contribute to the life of the school. Admission is based on previous school records, teacher recommendations and personal interview. All applicants are asked to complete individual testing in English and Maths. The school encourages parents and students to visit so that they may see the facilities, meet teachers, and hear about life at Marymount from our students.
