Welcome to MyDaughter – experts on raising girls
The site aims to provide up-to-date information, expert opinion and useful advice on all aspects of educating and raising girls.
It is brought to you by the Girls’ Schools Association whose members represent the leading girls’ schools in the UK. The Heads and staff of these schools have dedicated much of their professional lives to the education and care of girls. With hundreds of thousands of girls passing through their care each year they can offer a wealth of practical information and advice to parents based on real experience.
This is an exciting time for girls to be growing up. Our daughters have expectations and choices that we never had. They will expect to participate fully in shaping tomorrow’s world. As parents we need to ensure that they are well prepared for their global responsibilities as well as their personal challenges and opportunities. We hope that the MyDaughter website will help you and your daughter make ambitious and informed choices.
